Abu Mukh, known as the dean of Palestinian prisoners, is from Baqa al-Gharbiyye in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was arrested in March 1986 and sentenced to life for his part in the capture of an Israeli soldier in 1985. His sentence was later commuted to 40 years.
